During Hurricane Ike Relief, METRO POLICE OFFICERS moved pallets of cases of water, Boxes of MRE's and Ice. The cases of water were moved by old fashion team work and sweat. I just wanted to thank all the officers for their hard work and dedication to help their fellow METRO employees. METRO POLICE OFFICERS staffed the METRO POD located at Buffalo Bayou Facility and distributed these supplies over a period of a couple of days.

Thank you to the Metro Police Officers for all of their help. My family received supplies during the aftermath of Hurrican Ike...they were much needed.
