As I was minding my own business driving down the road in ANOTHER state, I came across THIS.........At first I thought I made a wrong turn and was back in Houston till I saw the ad on the side of the bus. I did not find any BUS STOP COPS, but the sheriff's department and especially the US Border Patrol were very active.
So who came up with the red and blue stripes first? Is it the same if the stripes are reversed? or chopped at the bottom?
